About Heber Photography

Alice DeFriez in the owner, operator and founder of Heber Photography.

She started Heber Photography in 2005 to make some extra money doing small weddings.

She deliberated over the name of her company but in the end, it came down to something easy to remember, and an available domain name.

Alice has lived most of her life in Wasatch County and the beautiful scenery sparked her desire to capture her surroundings on film. She recalls having an interest in Photography

at an early age but only got serious about it in the last 3 years.

She enjoys digital technology

and loves her Canon 30D .

Her passion is landscape photography but has recently expanded into people photos.

Her favorite subject is her niece

Emilee who is the official

model of Heber Photography.

She has taken many photography classes and has taken course from the New York Institute of Photography

Now Alice is pleased to offer Invitation Design, (Weddings, Baby Showers, Christmas etc)

Her design company is called Avalanche Design .

The name is for two reason first, The Colorado Avalanche is her favourite hockey Team, and second her family members have named their companies using words that start with the same letters as their intials.
